 招聘职位: Intership / Compliance (Internal Auditing)

Responsibility:
1. Collect payment requests and verify authorization, accounting accuracy and legality of  supporting documents
2. Handle government inspection and fill up documents required by government (Tax bureau, Customs, SAFE, SAIC, Finance Bureau )
3. Update business license, tax certificate and other legal documents
4. Manage company chop and contract chop affairs
5. Other tasks we allocate

Requirement:
1. Senior student who will graduate in year 2011
2. 3 days/week at least
3. Have financial or accounting related background will be preferred

招聘职位: Intership / IT Support for Business Analyst HRMS

Responsibility:
The IT supporter for Business Analyst HRMS is responsible to covers the data conversion tool specification from legacy systems to SAP HR.
The IT supporter should identify and collect all relevant information needed from a requirement perspective and secures that all specifications are written within the defined standard
1. to Maintain data according to PA data structure form legacy system to master structure(excel sheets)
2. to support Business Analyst HRMS be used as a base in the continued work done by other IT disciplines like project management, architecture, development, test, MS Excel & Access...
3. to eliminates the risk of data mapping realizing requests that are not feasible

Requirement:
1. IT related majors
2. 3 days/week at least
3. From 10/May/2010 to 30/Apr/2011(part time)
4. fluent in English
