The Position
Reporting to: ELGA business line Manager
Her main responsibilities will be as such
-Handling incoming telephone enquiry and/or customers’ issues and forward information to responsible sales or service staff.-Assist sales manager and service engineer in preparation of sale proposals & quotations.-Assist sales manager with the intra company PO and all related process.-Follow-up customer invoicing and payments.-Assistant financial of checking stock and payment breakdown.
Candidate profile
The candidate must have a minimum qualification of diploma and above in related field, and over 5 years experience in a similar position.
He/she should also demonstrate the following pre-requisites:
§ good manner with effective communication skills and positive attitude§ typing skills§ proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/ Powerpoint§ initiative & willingness to learn§ good written and spoken English is required§ independent and good team player§ knowledge of water will be advantageous欢迎国际贸易专业同学申请此职位实习
