——工作职责——
1、主要工作为开发和跟进国内外客户、跟踪定单进度、确保货期
2、接受国内外客户订单
3、及时下发订单
4、根据客户订单及库存情况，与采购进行及时沟通和联系
5、接受客户咨询，处理客户投诉
6、收款跟踪及执行
——职位要求——
1. 大专或以上学历；具有优秀的沟通能力；
2. 良好的理解能力，逻辑思维，协调能力，优秀的团队合作精神，能相互激励和自我激励；
3. 具备专业及优秀的客户服务意识，负责，耐心，细致；活泼，思维清晰、敏捷、条理性强，积极热诚，亲和力强；
4. 1年或以上外贸跟单/客户服务工作经验，对外贸销售整个操作流程非常熟悉，开拓能力强，能够有效拓展客户并熟练地服务 客户者可优先录用；
5. 抗压力强，积极进取，愿意挑战自我并有能力从事富有挑战性的工作；
6. 工作认真、细致、有耐心，责任心强；
7. 亦欢迎应届毕业生来应试
