现因项目需要，采购部招聘实习生，实习期4个月

We are looking for Procurement assistant as an intern based on the project requirements

工作职责
与公司内各业务部门保持沟通,确认采购需求
按流程检查各种订单报表,确认需求信息以及各部门的签字权限
联系供应商,确认订货信息,包括产品规格,价格,服务,数量,送货时间及地点
定单下达,确保信息完整
产品接受,检验,并记录
完成付款流程
采购部其他要求的工作

Scope of Work
1.Liaising with internal function to clarify purchasing requirements
2.Monitor individual form, check detail information and signature from authority
3.Liaising with suppliers to clarify products, including but not limited in price, place, specification, quantity, service, and leading time.
4.Place order with products and invoice information
5.Take over products from supplier, check and record
6.Fulfill finance process
7.Support on other procurement operation

职位要求
大学本科,专业为计算机,供应链或库存管理
良好的计算机应用,word, excel, PPT
思维缜密,注重数字和逻辑性,学习能力强
有能力迅速的适应环境,良好的内部沟通,协作能力
流畅的英语听说读写能力

财务知识

大三肄业或大四毕业生

Requirement
1.Bachelor in computer science, supply chain or inventory management
2.Detail oriented with good computer skills
3.Good soft skills on communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills
4.Fast learner, can work in complicated environment
5.Chinese is a must, good English communication is prefer
6.Finance knowledge is prefer
7.Undergraduate and graduate is prefer
