responsibilities:
1、协助资深顾问为驻沪外籍人事提供高
端物业租赁及相关咨询服务;
Assist in senior consultant in providing high level residential
leasing and related conseling service for expatriates from Fortune 500
companies in Shanghai;
2、协助处理经理安排的多方事务及客户
的售后工作;
Assist in sales work,handling multiple issues assigned by manager
and after services for customers;
3、维护好客户关系并及时报告客户的各
项信息反馈;
Maintain good relationship with customers, compile clients
comments&feedback and raise up to seniors in good time;
4、提供其他相关支持并愿意涉足更多的
业务范围.
Support in more aspects,willing to work as part of wider business
field.
★ 任职资格Requirments:
工作经历Work
experience:
- 专科学
历,专业不限;
College education and above.
- 有行内从业经验者优先,优秀应届毕
业生(曾从事过兼职者)也可考虑
技能技巧Skills:
1、熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力
Excellent oral and written English language skills.
2、熟练运用电脑办公软件
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.etc.
3、良好的团队合作精神和服务意识
Work in an integrated team with a service-minded attitude.
态度Attitude:
1、积极的工作态度,能够承受较大的工
作压力和弹性工作时间
Self-driven individual with a positive attitude, willing to work
