Responsibility：
职责：
- Arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international), and support GMO in keeping to time schedule
- Book hotels, flights and transportations for GMO travel and claim travel expense
- Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes writing
- Equipment and stationary preparation and management for office, pantry and board meeting room on 3F
- Translation for GMO reports, emails and meetings etc.
- Internal circulars' drafting and distributing
- Handle phone calls, messages, incoming and outgoing mails and faxes for GMO
- Maintain an efficient filling system for GMO (incl. master index of files)
- Keep a system of tracing for all letters, memos or other correspondence which are typed or sent by the department
- Visitors arrangement (invitation, hotel, transport, agenda, dinner, coffee etc)
- Organize company events, such as outing, annual party, birthday party etc.
- Maintain the calendar overview (annual leave, business trip, etc.) for GMO
- Internship accommodation
- Company cars and shuttle bus coordination and management, drivers' expenses claim
- Other tasks assigned by the management
