2. 依公司规定，执行“24 x 7 x 365”的24小时轮班工作模式，包括周六日及公众假期；
3. 良好的人际沟通能力，能够接受一定的工作压力；

5. 提供优质的客户服务，具备良好的电话沟通技巧；
6. 大学专科或以上学历，电脑或通信类相关专业为佳；
7. 具备电信、ISP或相关行业客户服务或客户服务热线工作经验者优先考虑；
8. 优秀的日语类应届毕业生也可考虑；
备注：1、 每天工作时间为8小时,每7天安排休假2天。如因工作需要延长工作时间或法定节假日加班，则按国家规定支付加班工资。2、 我司为轮班的员工提供富吸引力的轮班津贴、交通费补助等。
