To support our fast growth business in China, we are having immediate opening for individuals that possess strong knowledge and interests in scientific imaging fields as:
   
    Technical Support Engineer (Shanghai based)
    技术服务/支持工程师
   
    Job description:
    . Provide expert level of technical support to our camera, software and imaging system products to customer and dealer networks in Greater China;
    . Troubleshoot, diagnose and service digital camera products and accessories;
    . Imaging system integration, testing, installation and dealer/customer training.
   
   
    Job requirement:
    . Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Optical Engineering or related field;
    . Minimum of 3 year as a Service/Support Engineer or equivalent;
    . Minimum of 3 years experience in microscopy imaging applications;
    . Exceptional problem-solving ability;
    . High degree of customer focus;
    . Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude;
    . A solid working knowledge on electrical/electronic system integration, computer hardware/software and peripheries, specifically related to scientific imaging industry is a plus;
    . Good communication/presentation skills;
    . Fluent English speech/reading/writing;
    . Self-management attitude and frequent travel is required.
