3.Maintain leave records & Group distribution list for NA S&D personnel.

4.Check DES for S&D Manager and his direct reports

5.Assist on the monthly COGS checking implementation.

6.Maintain CRM COGS/Freight monthly.

Job Description: 

•Administrative process for new store openings: Business license, certif

icate of the organization, Tax certificate 

oPrepare all necessary documents

oContact different agents

oFollow the process 

oAlert the team leader in case of delay in the process

oContact with other departments to make the process smooth 

•Settle the annual inspection for business license, foreign transaction 

approval and other certificates

oPrepare the document

oWork with other accounting, tax teams and the agent to complete the process i

n time.

•Archiving the legal documents & contacts

Profile: 

•Major in law or Administration

•Detail-oriented, very patient 

•Open-minded 

•CET 4 at least 

上班地点：南京西路仙乐施广场

工资：80-100元/天

每周3-4天实习，

长期实习，可协议到毕业前，并有机会留用。
