Responsibilities/工作职责：
- Understand client's requirement per job description and other information, then set up target talent searching approach
理解客户需求并根据需求设定目标人才搜寻途径
- Build up talent pool according to business need
进行有针对性的人才储备
- Communicate effectively with candidate, interview and evaluate candidate per position requirements
与候选人进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对候选人进行评估、筛选
- Provide suitable canidate to project leader
及时向项目负责人提供有效的候选人
- Assistant project leader to coach candidate for interview guide and follow up the project
协助项目负责人对候选人进行面试辅导和项目跟进

Requirements/职位要求：
- Bachelor degree
本科学历，应届毕业生
- Positive thinking and pleasant personality, enthusiasm, patience, persistence,
could work under pressure
为人处事积极乐观，热情、耐心、坚持的性格，愿意承受一定工作压力
- Strong interest in Human Resource, Will to develop in Headhunter/ executive search 热爱或者喜欢人力资源咨询行业，希望长期在猎头行业发展
- Good command of English, pass CET-4, CET-6 preferred
较强的英语听说读写能力，通过CET-4，CET-6优先
- Self-motivated to learn;With business knowledge background, sensitive to market change
愿意学习各行业知识；具有现代商业知识背景，具有较强的市场认知度和敏感度
