Job description:
1、Daily monitor public email box for service request 管理公共邮件，接受订单需求；
2、Distinguish service request from non-booking related emails 分类订单需求，做区别；
3、Register service request into IBMS 将订单需求登入IBM 系统；
4、Notify service applicant on the receipt of request and distribute the request to relevant operation office
和订单需求者联系，并将讯息传达至相关运营部门；
5、Inform service applicant if the information per booking form was incomplete to make an application as fast as possible. 如果订单信息不完整，和需求者联系，补充信息。
6、Other assigned task by supervisor.主管交办的其他工作任务。
Job Requirement:
1、Above college degree ， fresh graudated is ok.
大专以上学历，应届生可以考虑；
2、With working experience about service is preferred;
有相关客服经验者优先考虑；
3、Familar with Office soft(Word, excel etc.)
熟练操作office 软件；
4、With good reading, written English, CET-6 is preferred.
有良好的英语读写能力，CET-6 优先考虑
