任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，1-2年工作经验，（应届生亦可，学生会干部优先考虑）

3、具备市场开拓能力
4、具备一定的分析能力和沟通能力；
5、较强的创新能力；
6、有上进心及良好的团队合作精神
7、具有领导能力；
The objective of the trainee program is to develop the trainee for a management position within the Group. The Group offers a unique international trainee program for graduated university students.

During an intensive training period , the trainee will obtain knowledge of our product and production process. Furthermore, the trainee gets the opportunity to develop in various areas of management by means of an extensive training and development program.

Requirements
-A university degree is required (preferably B.A or MBA)
-Besides the university degree there is no specific education required, however exact studies are preferred meaning commercial or economic studies
-Work experience is welcome but not required
-Willing to travel and be able to work under high pressure
-Good command of English both on speaking and writing
-The command of another foreign language is an advantage
-Automation and computer skills (office applications et cetera)
