OUR CLIENT - A multinational company is now seeking enthusiastic applicants to fill in the following position:

Customer Service Representatives for company expansion.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients, including handling enquiries and complaints, solving problems from customers.

Customer Service Rep (Fresh Graduate)

Requirements :

- Degree Holder,

- fresh grad is considered but with some Summer Job experience in Customer Service is highly preferable,

e.g. airline, banking, telecommunication, jockey club or call center,

- good spoken English and good Mandarin,

- good PC knowledge

- working on shifty hours as well as Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays is required.

- highly efficiency and customer service oriented

- Those with more experiences will consider for a higher grade
