Graduate Management Trainee
Roles and Responsibilities
You build a strong management support for the Sales team and our customers, as well as manage the following key responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels and sources
- Design and conduct marketing campaigns
- Monitor overall performance and the effectiveness of professional marketing team
- Involve in a two-year structural training program on different aspects, including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients; communication skills; leadership and coaching skills
Professional requirements
- High-diploma graduate or degree holder with over 2 years’ working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcomed)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skill, self motivated, people oriented and strong vision
- Willing to develop a long term career and seeking to build up own business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Offers:
- Basic salary (HK$ 10K) with attractive commission and bonuses (Special package will be offered to candidates with banking experience)
