The job:
You will undergo a 18-month program aiming at developing your professional technical support career in call center operations. We provide comprehensive and structured training program including classroom, on-the-job training and field assignments to groom you to become professionals in the customer service streams.
Work location : Shatin
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week on shift duty
No of vacancy: 30
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business, IT / Information System or related disciplines
- Knowledge in Internet, PC or Programming will be an advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to take challenge, good communication skills, result-oriented
