GRADUATE TRAINEE (Marketing & PR Dept) 12K
Job Duties:

 

Responsible for customer liaison, co-ordinate with clients
Responsible for centre service and tele-sales functions
Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to clients, contribute to total customer satisfaction

 

 Degree or above
Prefer have experience in the Customer Services or Consulting field
Self-motivated and ambitious, eager to learn
Strong team player
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Typing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Immediately available

Working location: Central
