POSITION SUMMARY:

Base on direction from Buyer leader, this position will be responsible for the purchasing of raw materials, control inventory in an acceptable level and ensure on time delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Issue PO to supplier base on system demand.

2.Contact with supplier for PO confirmation including price, delivery date, etc.

3.Review open order regularly with supplier to get the updated delivery date in ERP.

4.Maintain the inventory in a certain level, no shortage, no excess.

5.Gain an understanding of your product line, its trends, and main supply / demand variables so that you can plan accordingly.

6.Work with other department member to solve purchasing problem, such as price issue, quality issue, logistics issue, etc.

7.Maintain and optimize item data in Baan, such as MOQ, lead time.

8.Other duty assigned by buyer leader.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1.College Degree or above.

2.Fluent English and Chinese communication skill.

3.Strong personal computer skills e.g. MS Windows and associated software.

4.Hardworking, quick learning with strong sense of timing.
