Job Description/岗位描述：

1.Conducting the market research and analysis.
完成市场研究及分析。
2.Maintaining the old customer and develop new customers.
维护现有客户及开发新客户。
3.Keeping smooth communication with Germany according to global organization.
根据组织结构保持与德国总部顺畅沟通。
4.Proposing the local marketing strategy for headquarter decision making reference.
为上级提供当地市场战略规划方案。
5.Keeping close attention on up-to-date technology and providing relevant information to R&D people.
密切关注并更新有关的技术信息给相关的开发人员。
6.Manage, review and track new project during project development phase.
项目开发阶段，负责项目的管理、评估和跟踪
7.Collecting money from customers on due time.
及时完成应收账款的回款。

Job Requirement/岗位要求：
1. Major in engineering or market related department (Bachelors degree or above).
机械或市场相关专业（本科及以上学历）
2.Working experience in technical sales and project management.
有一定技术销售和项目管理经验。
3.This year's graduates is acceptable, above 1-2 years professional experience is plus,preferably in automotive industry.
应届大学毕业生可接受，1-2年以上汽车行业工作经验更佳。
4.Good oral and written English.
良好的口头及书面英文表达。
5.General computer skills, especially MS Office.
通用的计算机技能，尤其是良好的MS Office技巧。
6.Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
优秀的演示及谈判能力。
7.Flexibility and high degree of mobility.
良好的适应性及高度的灵活性。
