Job Responsibilities
IBM Systems Director是一个综合的系统管理平台,为复杂的IT环境提供单点管理和自动化功能,支持IBM z系列,i系列、p系列、x系列服务器,BladeCenter刀片服务器,Cell Blade服务器和TotalStorage存储系统, 同时支持异构环境,可与其它软件产品整合并协同工作,比如IBM Tivoli,HP OpenView,CA UniCenter等。IBM Systems Director是IBM系统与科技部门提升其平台管理能力,增强其在服务器市场的竞争能力的战略性产品。

IBM系统与科技实验室（上海、北京）的若干团队负责IBM Systems Director 的部分关键功能的开发工作以及测试工作。目前我们负责开发和测试采用全新架构的IBM Systems Director 6.x 版本,热忱欢迎中国的软件技术精英加入。
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Skill Requirement
- Expert in Java programming, familiar with eclipse and Java plugin development (required)
- Familiar with software development and software development process.
- Multi-platform Linux/UNIX knowledge, shell script programming is a plus
- IBM System X, Bladecenter and Power System knowledge is a plus
- Familiar with virtualization software like Xen, VMWare is a plus
- Excellent team player
- Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication consultancy skills. An independent, assertive, self-motivated, creative, dynamic, and flexible approach is required, whilst offering and open to new ideas.
- Leadership skills for band7(Staff Software Engineer) and band8(Advisory Software Engineer)

Other requirement
2 years relevant working experience
The knowledge on IBM systems and software products is a plus.
Degree: MS or BS degree, major in CS, EE or equivalent
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
