HR Assistant/Officer

Job Title: HR Assistant/Officer Company Job Code: 20100906
Function: HR Dept. Location/Office: Shanghai


Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support in all HR administration, including:

Recruitment& Demission
o Assist to liaise with the recruitment agencies; prepare and place
advertisements for recruitment and select CV's as required.
o Arrange time and space/room for interviews.
o Assist with the administration work in employment and demission process.

Training & development
o Assist with the arrangement and organization for training.
o Help to follow up all training assessment (including BDP U program) and
keep the record all training completed by employees in the HR Database.

Compensation& Benefits
o Provide the work attendance record/OT record/ employment and demission
information on a monthly basis. Checking the related date to insure
the report and record is correct.
o Declare individual tax for Branch office online

Performance Management
o Assist with the administrative duties of the performance assessment
process. Help to keep the related record.

HR database and personnel files
o Provide monthly headcount/turnover reports as required, liaising with
the offices to ensure they provide the accurate information on time.
o Assist to monitor the effectiveness of HR documents. E.g. prepare
reminder letters to overdue labor contract, employment permit, etc.
o Maintain and update personnel records for staff (paper and
electronic).
o Manage and keep filing up to date.

Others
o Assist in preparing and renewing foreign employees' work permit, visa,
etc.
o Assist to monitor the application of the company code, e.g. dress
code, absences, etc.
o Assist to prepare employees' birthday cards, etc.
o Other work as required.

Requirements:

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

o University graduate (HRM or Law major is preferred).
o Pleasant characters, good interpersonal and communication skill.
o Positive attitude, details-oriented, and willing to work under pressure.
o Familiar with MS office.
o Good command of English and Chinese.
