Executive Broking Trainee to assist in developing comprehensive reinsurance
solutions for clients in China.

Position: Executive Trainee - China Broking
(to be based in HK)
Job description

• To assist in client relationship management and identify business
  
  opportunities.
  
• To assist in analyzing client needs and designing products.
• To assist in marketing, including meeting and coordination with clients and

reinsurers

• To assist in preparing presentations and present to clients
• To provide client services including training and visit arrangements
• To obtain and analyze market information
• To work on translation
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Good inter-personal skills with positive & initiative attitude
• Good planning & analytical skills
• A goal-oriented achiever as well as a good team player
• A problem-solvers who can deal with complexity
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (CET6 or above)
• Proficient in Windows applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• To be available in1st Quarter of 2011
