IS/IT Security Officer
Reporting to
The successful candidate will report to the CMT IS/ IT coordination manager.
Job description / Mission
The IS/ IT Security Officer takes care of IS/ IT security within the
Construction and Mining Technique Business Area. He/she will work in close
collaboration with the business data manager, the IS/ IT core team and
intellectual property security manager.
The mission of the IS/ IT Security Officer is to:
Implement and enforce the group IS/ IT security policies and procedures.
Update and develop new security procedures within operations and
application development.
Follow-up and perform regular IS/ IT security audits to assure compliance
of the IS/ IT security.
Review and real life testing of disaster recovery plans.
Promote and lead IS/ IT security awareness programs, and provide training
for all employees.
Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information
access levels and security clearance are maintained.
Performing information security risk audits.
Serve as an internal information security consultant following the group IS
/ IT security strategy.
Monitor changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affect IS/
IT security.
Review all system-related information security plans throughout the
organization's network, and acting as liaison to the Group Chief IT Security
Officer.
Implement the AC security framework data leakage prevention tool in the C
MT design and development centres.
Competence / experience requirements
• Preferably, the candidate should have the experience of participating or
managing information technology and security programs, either when in school
or when working as an intern in companies.
• Having the basic idea of ERP systems
Knowledge / Educational requirements
• The candidate for this position should have a master’s degree in
information technology and security and related fields.
• Good knowledge of the English language is a prerequisite.

• Strong customer service focus
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Self-motivated
