HR supervisor
Report to HR Manager
? Ensure that all manpower requirements for all lines of business are fulfilled with the required skills within the required time frame;
? Partner with the business on job role definition and active participation in the interviewing and selection process;
? Recruit high quality employees as workforce plan.
? Ensure that headcount reports and updated organization charts are produced timely to support decision making across all HR functions;
? Develop and implement creative and effective sources of recruitment;
? Establish a rigorous framework for the selection process by developing and implementing effective assessment tools;
? Ensure that extremely thorough screening is carried out to pick the best caliber for corporate programs such as Internship and Management Trainee;
? Keep abreast of market trends, best practices and networks, to help establish best practices;
? Support the delivery of Talent Management strategy and initiatives;
? Develop and maintain the policy, procedures and databases for recruitment
? Conduct a survey for training courses according to training plan by collecting information and comparison.
? Responsible for analysis on selecting consulting company for training program.
? Responsible for building up the competency framework and appropriate assessment tools for analyzing skills-set gaps so as to design appropriate intervention strategies to facilitate improvement, growth and development of high potential employee;
? Drive the implementation of recruitment and training processes and strategies;
REQUIREMENTS:
? University degree in Business Admin/HR or related discipline;
? Over 5 years of relevant experience;
? Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred
? Strong communication skills;
? Self-motivation and initiative;
? Able to work independently;
? Good team leader and team player;
? Fluency in English both written and speaking
