Purpose:
-Employ those interns who performed well and willing to develop in executive search industry as permanent staff after graduation
Intern Period:
-October 2010 to June 2011
-Flexible working time,but 3 days working per week should be guranteed
Allowance:
RMB 50/working day
Responsibilities:
-Assist consultant to Search talents from target companies,mainly by cold call
Qualification:
-Grade 4, fresh graduates in 2011
-Must have basic understanding of executive search and want to start up career
as a researcher with a professional executive search firm
-Proactive, Nice personality and good at communicating with people
-Able to undertake pressure
-Good English, CET-6 preferred
-Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese speaking is preferred
