1.Stress Engineer 应力分析工程师
·Mechanics / Aerospace / Astronautics / Aircraft Design / Mechanical / Propeller or other engineering majors 
·Good knowledge with at least one of the subjects: Material mechanics, Fatigue and Fracture Mechanics, Composite
·Material or Finite Element Theory; good mathematics is reviewed as a plus
·Be able to do hand calculations for metallic or composite structure analysis (such as static, fatigue...) 
·Better with practical use of Finite Element Software, such as Patran/Nastran or other similar FE tools (experience in company and/or for university projects); programming in EXCEL with VBA is a plus
·Be ready to learn; be serious and creative to one's work; could cooperate with others

2.Design Engineer结构设计工程师
·Structure or systems designers for aircraft parts and assemblies
·Basic knowledge on design principles, manufacturing, environmental factors, stress 
·Engineering qualification background
·Good computer abilities (CATIA V5 is a plus)
·Knowledge/experience in other aeronautic branches (e.g., manufacturing, mechanisms, and maintenance) will also be considered
