Process Engineer（工艺工程师）
    Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责
    •Set up process specifications, qualify newly installed tools & new product
    •Analyze process deviations and equipment failures, execute solutions& Implement control plans to improve operation efficiency & maximize yield
    •Perform process window checks & setup process control limits
    •Work with Process Integration/customers to improve process capabilities and reliability
    •Work closely with manufacturing team on cost reduction and cycle time improvement
   
    Quality Engineer（质量工程师）
    Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责
    •Generate relevant spec for inspection/monitoring requirements, provide necessary guideline to line QA to ensure daily inspection/monitoring activities is suitable.
    •Chair / coordinate MRB for disposition of nonconforming product, customer complaint/Quality concerns handling etc.
    •Review product/process qualification requests / reports and ensure that product/process change are performed per the documented spec/procedures.
    •Generate dedicated quality report to specific customer as required, review the quality performance and push continuous improvement for weak area.
    •Coordinate customer audit and prepare relevant documents, following up the implementation of actions plan for customer audit findings and report the status to management and customer site as necessary.
   
    Test Engineer（测试工程师）
    Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责
    •Setup hardware and software for product testing, Test program control/management/buy-off, Conduct Test correlation for New product and different platform   
    •Perform product analysis for low yield & QA failures
    •Tester hardware buy-off, Tester spare parts control,Tester system administer, Perform PM and calibration and troubleshooting for tester
    •Create Golden units / correlation units, Golden /correlation units control / management
    •Responsible for corrective action and improvement plans
    •Debug test program and work with customer engineer to improve test quality
    •Develop and implement continuous product yield/test time improvement programs on production floor.
   
    Total Requirement 总需求: 30人左右
    Qualifications: 岗位要求
    Degree in Computer Science/Physics/Mechanical engineering/Material Sciencel/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
    （计算机科学，物理，机械工程，材料科学，无机化学，微电子，电子信息等相关专业）
