职位描述：
· 了解项目要求，完成代码编写和测试，按时完成项目，并不断进行改善；
· 与其他部门（包括产品、设计、软件测试等部门）共同研究便捷有效的方法；
· 快速满足客户需求；
· 推进软件工程实践，对于软件开发以及系统维护过程提出合理的建议。
职位要求：
· 优秀的程序设计技术和丰富的架构知识；
· 熟悉以下至少一种程序设计语言：C , Python, Ruby, Java, 或者 Action Scripts；
· 丰富的常识；
· 工作努力，头脑灵活。

Job Description:
· Gather project requirement, write high quality code and tests, launch projects within deadline and follow up on future improvements.;
· Work with other teams (product, arts, QA) to deliver simple and efficient solutions.
· Meet customers' need quickly.
· Promote best software engineering practices, recommend changes in the software development and system maintenance process.
Requirements:
· Excellent programming skills and good architecture knowledge
· Expertise in one of the following programming language: C , Python, Ruby, Java, and Action Scripts is required
· Good common sense
· Work hard and smart.
