    Waycom Technology, founded in 2000 and headquarter in Shanghai, is an integrated communication system dealer to provide full range of telecommunication systems and products from leading and qualified manufacturers such as Avaya, NICE, POLYCOM, MTS, Advatel, CSS, Plantronics, GN NetCom etc. Waycom Technology has branch offices in Beijing, Guangzhou and service centers in Dalian, Xiamen, Chengdu and Shenzhen with 40 more employees.
   
    As an Avaya Premier Reseller and a NICE Authorized Service Provider, Waycom Technology deals mainly with Avaya IP Telephony, NICE recorder system and MTS TABs billing system. Waycom Technology concentrates in service skills and processes to ensure company's leading position in its industry with high-quality solutions and services. Position: Service Engineer客户服务工程师

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Implement installation of system and project complying with customer timeline;
    Routine Maintenance to ensure reliability and performance of customers’ systems;
    Provide onsite or remote trouble shooting and repair equipment timely to minimize downtime of customers’ systems;
    Propose customized configuration of system and solution collaborate with sales team;
    Acquire proficiency in related products to be entitled with official principal certificates.
   
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1.Bachelor degree in telecommunication, computer science or related majors;
    2.Computer hardware knowledge required;
    Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol;
    Familiar with MS OS and office tools;
    Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral;
    A quick learner, willing to travel and work under pressure with self-motivation;
    Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
   
   
    Position: Sales Representative 销售代表

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Sells products and/or services to end-user customers in assigned industry, or accounts;
    Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-related activities in the role as key client contact;
    Maintains and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers;
    Conducts full-line selling to achieve revenue and profitability goals;
    Acts as liaison for Product Specialists.
   
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1.Bachelor degree in related majors, technology background is preferred;
