Carrier 2011 Sales Trainee Program

Program Summary
The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. The total duration of the program is 24 month in sales function. When the program is finished, the sales trainee will be appointed a specific position based on his or her performance and the company needs.

Regular performance evaluations with coach, mentor and trainees themselves are during the whole program, to check progress against objectives, advise and help trainees to ensure personal development. All the Sales Trainees are expected to successfully pass annual appraisal upon program graduation.

Role & Responsibility

● Understand and adapt to Carrier culture
● Understand and independently work on the whole sales process
● Build good relation with design institutes
● Achieve sales target as assignment
● Follow up on sales project

Profile Qualification

● Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC or Refrigeration,
Master is preferred
● Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
● Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skill, logical and analytical
thinking, good problem solving and leadership skills, team spirit, willing to
work under pressure
