销售工程师 Sales Engineer  
Purpose of Job
•    To develop, manage and control the marketing activities for the assigned market segments/applications/customer groups following long term business plans approved by management.
Key Performance Measures
•    Achieve/ exceed the company annual sales targets base on self focusing accounts.
•    Timely and clear sales activity reports, including visit report and key account/ market information updating by doc report or internal email communication.
•    Co-work with sales supervisor in sales account plan/ product develop plan.
•    Obey the company administration policies.
Principal Accountabilities/Main functions
•    Execute defined customer related market activities for assigned customers/applications.
•    Achieve individual sales targets (ABP) based on customer.
•    Support all activities to achieve the given sales targets.
•    Ensure accurate Forecast, safety stock and A/R management.
•    Develop known/new applications and existing/new markets.
•    Regular customer visits, maintain existing contacts and relationship management (buying platform).
•    New customer acquisition/ Networking (new contacts).
•    Market penetration by regular customer visits with the purpose to generate new RFQs.
•    Visit plan / Visit report / Next steps plan / Business & Project reporting.
•    Customer relationship, decision making and value chain analysis (with focus on key projects).
•    Sales platform analysis and new project tracking.
•    Customer claim handling and supply management.
•    Collect and provide data and support for the account plan and business forecast.
•    Creating and sharing Success stories / Business case reporting to create new ideas for Product-/assortment solution and application trainings/seminars at customer.
•    Input about competitor activities and pricing.
市场管理工程师 Marketing Management Engineer  
Purpose of Job
•    The Market Management Engineer investigates and evaluates defined market segments within general industrial applications. He further develops and implements dedicated market packages together with the respective sales team to achieve profitable sales growth and an increasing market share in his respective working area.
Key Performance Measures
•    Profitable sales growth for assigned market segments
•    Timely fulfillment of market study
•    Timely fulfillment of preparing market packages
•    Contents of market packages
•    Implementation of market packages
•    Increase of market share of assigned market segments
Principal Accountabilities/Main functions
Conduct the market study. Maintain good quality of this study
•    Market size analysis
•    Resource requirement
•    Fact based analysis
•    Recommendations of “go” or “not go”
•    Outline key strategies
Prepare solution packages.
•    Prepare general introduction about focused industries, e.g. product briefing, process briefing, supply chain, typical decision making process
•    Prepare the customer list, industry trend and new productions.
•    Identify applications, their requirements, and this will lead to product recommendations or new product developments.
•    Coordinate new product development activities with R&D.
•    Work out suitable pricing scheme
•    Do the competition analysis
•    Define value proposition / FBA / Argumentation / Proof / Successful stories
•    Distribution strategy recommendations from a mkt. mgmt standpoint
•    Prepare necessary catalogues / useful demo tools
Steer & support implementation of business development
•    Prepare internal & external training materials base on market packages
•    Conduct respective internal and external trainings
•    Plan the market packages communication
•    Communication on market packages (mostly jointly define with relevant sales staff)
o    Sales coaching on market package implementation
o    Trainings (for sales & dealers)
o    Seminars
o    Workshops
o    Necessary meetings
•    Promotion activities via public channels(if necessary)
•    Provide necessary support on top of solution packages, including working as a window between sales team and R&D, international colleagues.
•    Develop and sustain effective cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
技术支持工程师Technical Support Engineer  
Purpose of Job
•    The Technical Support Engineer establishes and maintains long term partnerships to key accounts throughout the value chains of respective market segments, emphasizing on design center and EMS accounts.
•    He works closely with, and technically supports, respective key mechanical design engineers and tesa sales engineers.
•    He is the window to tesa’s R&D and application labs with respect to support for customer projects and new product development projects.
•    His target is to secure existing sales opportunities and to open new application fields for tesa.
Key Performance Measures
•    Department annual business plan.
•    Qualitative measurements follow individual “Appraisal Form”
Principal Accountabilities/Main functions
Responsible for below activities In assigned market segment and/or geographic territory:
•    Product-/assortment solution and application trainings/seminars at customer;
•    Market information and -trends / local benchmarking activities;
•    Arrangement of application tests and result reporting;
•    Field support and technical problem solving at customer (product and process);
•    Support internal trainings and know how transferring for product, package and application solutions;
•    Support and monitor new product local launch and roll-out;
•    Application research and application report creating and maintaining;
•    Business case reporting for new product/solution development.
客户服务代表Customer Service Representative  
Purpose of Job
•    Coordination and follow up customer’s order & ensure the completion during the sales process cycle in compliance of company sales policy.
Key Performance Measures
•    Order processing accuracy rate
•    Undeliverable order management
•    The result from customer satisfaction survey
Principal Accountabilities/Main functions
•    Validity of customer order
•    Follow up the fulfillment process against customer order
•    Follow up customer complaint disposal
•    To assess customer special requirement, and evaluate the resource for implementation
•    Support sales & marketing events & promotion activities
