Position 1（职位1）:

Customer Support Engineer 客户服务工程师

工作地点：无锡

Job Description:

• Install equipment at customer’s locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test. Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Recommend design changes or substitution of materials when appropriate.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer & field support in isolating and solving problems.
• Maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.
• Train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment. Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions and may recommend changes in user procedures.
• Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis. Provide if appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML or local personnel as necessary.
• Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment. The manager, supervisor and/or lead engineers set technical direction.

Educational Level:
• Position requires a BS degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, Optics, Mechatronics, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument  semiconductor processes, relevant software, and related.
• Knowledge of safety procedures will be helpful.

Job Responsibilities

·         Develops and implements solutions to technical problems escalated from local team or by customers. 

·         Generate plans, which include actions/experimentation and testing plans to guide the internal/external customers in resolving machine and or process issues.

·         Performs data analysis of systems to resolve problems and/or to improve system performance.

·         Conducts training and/or knowledge-transfer for local sited service engineers and customers as required. 

·         Provides feedback to factory highlighting defects in machines software.

·         Provides support to applications and technical sales personnel as required.

·         Coordinates with customer’s counterpart for setup the remote diagnostic system for new installed machines.

·         Manages stand-alone workstations

·         Develops/scripts offline software tools for diagnostic as required.

Position 3（职位3）:

Technical Support Engineer (Thermal Flow Control Oriented)

Working Location:

Shanghai, but working in Wuxi for the first 1 to 2 years is required.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Solve complex thermo/flow control related issues on ASML product, which covers diagnostics, replacement, adjustment and recovery.

·       Participate in the second line on-call duty shift, providing off-hour support both remotely and on-site. Support ASML CS to achieve agreed performance target with customer

·       Give knowledge transfer by theory and on-the-job training to local Field Service Engineer to secure relevant skill growth of the Field Service Engineer.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor/Masters degree in any of the following fields (Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Precision Instrument/Machine Engineering, or related discipline)

·       Preferably with experience with thermo, flow, temperature control or vacuum system.

You will have the opportunity to work with software developers, hardware engineers and the application engineering organization on a regular basis.
