Daily administrative support for CIO office  
Related meetings, workshop & town hall organization for ITM  
 
Qualification Requirement  
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese & English

Brief Description of Assignment:  
Integrated marketing project support including the internal process of project, payment folder processing, collecting and consolidating the Integrated Team Budget, arranging schedule. And some office admin such as meeting room and tickets booking, reimbursement applying.  
Qualification Requirement:  
Graduates with bachelor degree or above, major should be Business Administration, marketing  
Excellent project management skill and computer skill, e.g. Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint  
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.  
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.  
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  
Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure.

Research automobile topics in internet, studies, press  
Edit interpret sales and registration data  
Prepare presentations  
Qualification Requirement:  
Show some interest in knowledge of cars  
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (PPT, Excel, etc.)

Support payment issues, office admin. work.  
Marketing Projects supporting including internal process, payment processing, arranging schedule  
Qualification Requirement:  
Good command of oral and written English; Be a team player and multi-tasker; Competent communication skills; Be able to work under pressure; German language is a plus.

Manually input dealer field service into IMS system, and maintain the system, making training database and repaorting

Brief Description of Assignment:  
Construction of  database to support the work flow of Launch- and Change management  
Design of User Interface to simplify  application of database and to increase the usability  
Independent development of reports which can be automatically generated from database for controlling and reporting  
Definition of Key Process Indicators according to Launch- and Change management process for effective internal control  
Transformation of database Know-hows to local employee for further care and handling  
Preparation of training material and a handbook in english for local  employee  
Qualification Requirement  
Major : IT, Economic Computer Science or related  
Pre-Internship/Project experiences in purchasing, development or quality of automotive industry  preferred  
Language: very good command of English  
IT-Skills: excellent knowledge in MS-Office, especially MS-Access  
Intercultural competence, Team spirits  
Communication and Cooperation ability, high degree of Independence
