爱立信2011校园招聘紧急新增System Engineer (Intern with offer) 
Job Objective: 
To be part of the System & Technology team. Support senior staff solving complex technical problems, writing technical reports on GPON products, and analyzing new product requirements.
Responsibilities: 
1.Analyze GPON ONT system architecture, functionalities, and related chipsets. 
2.Maintain requirement systems and tools. 
3.Build technical leadership in key development projects. 
4.Proactively take responsibilities, solve problems, and propose improvements. 
5.Act as an effective team member to provide individual contributions and support to other team members. 
6.At least 3 days per week working is required 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
1.M.Sc. or PhD in E.E, Computer Science, or related majors 
2.Competence in transmission and/or Broadband Access technologies is required 
3.Competence in IP/Packet networks is required 
4.Solid SW development experience in C/C++, Linux / UNIX 
5.Excellent technical writing, communication skills and high proficiency in English both oral and written 
6.Must be self-motivated, open minded, fast learner, and good team player 
7.Database System administration experience is optional 
8.Familiar with Windows/UNIX/Linux system administration
