IP and Broadband Software Design Intern for PDU CC TDM 

Job Objective:
PDU CC: PDU Common Component is the first Product Design Unit in China. Before China R&D just did the 

work from other PDUs in other countries. PDU CC is just setup and will be responsible for all common 

component development for Ericsson IP and Broadband products!

The intern will responsible for design and maintenance of one of software functions on the newest 

Ericsson IP and Broadband products

Responsibilities: 
1.Participate in systemization together with people from System team
2.Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, Test Specification, and etc.
3.Responsible for coding, unit test, basic integration test of SW functions
4.Integrate software with third part software modules
5.Review source code & documents
6.Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries

Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Master in Telecom, Computer Science or similar major
2.Experienced in C programming skills
3.Familiar with networking technologies and protocols at Layer-2/Layer-3 
4.Knowledge in embedded OS (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS)
5.Familiar with basic unix/linux commands 
6.Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work within the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results
7.Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
8.Quick learner, capable of understanding new knowledge quickly 
9."4 days/week" or "5 days/week" working is needed 
10.2011 graduate is preferred
