(1) HSE工程师
职位要求：
安全或其他工程类相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历；
有机械制造型企业现场安全管理实习经验优先考虑；
熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18001管理体系；
熟悉特种设备（锅炉、压力容器、起重机及厂内机动车）的登记、定期报检制度及安全操作知识；
具有PPE发放和控制经验。
能够用英语进行书面和口头沟通；
具有团队精神、时间管理能力和较强的耐压性；
岗位职责：
认真贯彻落实公司关于安全生产的各项规章度，做好每日的现场安全巡检，及时发现隐患并加以纠正；
组织相关部门并参与特殊设备&设施（如起重机、叉车、锅炉、气瓶、吊具等）的监测和检查；
负责危险废弃物的管理，确保危险废弃物按照要求进行处理；
负责车间车间人员安全生产检查，督促车间人员做好劳动防护用品的配备和管理；
与公司管理层和员工作好有效沟通以确保和其有关的各项健康、安全、环保事宜得到落实；
提出事故隐患整改措施，及时跟踪整改情况；
负责监督和管理安全卫生环保设施及消防器材的维护保养；
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Safety Engineering or any other relevant engineering degree, college or above degree;
- Experienced in safety management field or have worked in an Engineering or Metallurgical related manufacturing business is preferred;
- Be familiar to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 knowledge;
- Be familiar with special equipments (such as the boiler, the pressure vessel, cranes and vehicles ) management knowledge, for example, registration, regular inspection and safety operation and so on.
- Have experience of PPE issuing and controlling;
- Able to communicate with oral and written English
- With team-work spirit and time-management ability; able to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Company’s HSE documents and rules strictly, control operating positions' safety operation regulations, and correct all wrong operations on daily site safety checking.
- Arrange relative Local Inspection Office and participate special equipments & devices’ inspect ion;
- Take charge of hazardous waste management according to national law and local government’s requirement;
- Check daily safety in production and supervise dressing and management of all operators' PPE;
- Closely interact with the Company managers and employees to ensure that all health, safety and environmental conditions and requirements are successfully incorporated in the Company.
- Take measures of making corrections for all risks of accidents and follow up the corrections;
- Check daily fire-fighting safety, and pay close attention to fire control equipments and safety passages.
（2）QA/QC工程师
岗位职责：
1, 负责产品的质量控制，包括过程控制、尺寸控制、无损检测、表面处理及包装；
2，在每个新的项目开始生产前检查客户需求，准备CTQ（品质关键点）列表；
3，确保生产工艺及产品质量是按照客户的需求及规则；
4，为质检员提供必要的培训;
5，跟踪产品的的NCR(不合格项报告)，准备CAPA(纠正和预防措施)。
岗位要求：
1.材料、焊接、机械工程等相关专业本科学历
2具备英文口头跟书面沟通能力
3.有外资企业工作经验优先考虑
4.熟练使用EXCEL,WORD等办公软件
5.为人正直、具有较强的沟通能力
6.有相关行业经验者优先考虑
QA/QC Engineer (New version)
Position Description:
1. Work on products manufacturing quality control, which includes in process control-Dimensional inspection, NDT, Surface treatment and packaging etc.
2. Review the customer requirements before start of each new project, prepare the CTQ list;
3. Ensure processes and products are fully compliance to customer requirements/regulation;
4. Provide necessary training to the Inspectors;
5. Follow up the fabrication related NCR, prepare the CAPA;
Position Requirement:
1. Education: 4 years university with major in material or mechanical Engineering
2.with ability to communicate in English orally and in written
3.with foreign-invested company working experience is preferred
4.Computer skills: advanced in excel and word.
5.Strong personality, integrity, communication capability.
6. Have relevant industry experience is preferred.
