一、设岗单位基本情况：

哈尔滨工业大学工业工程专业是由2002年11月起开始规划论证工作，2003年9月学校批准，2003年底国家教育部正式批复成立的。并由2004年起面向全国大部分地区正式招收本科生，计划招生规模为每年30人左右。现有在校本科生102名。目前已具备年招收硕士、博士研究生20余名的研究生培养能力。工业工程系拥有一支结构合理稳定、学术思想活跃、综合素质好的教学科研队伍，有美国客座教授1人，教师和专职研究人员共17人，其中教授4人（含博士生导师2人）、副教授5人、高级工程师2人、讲师5人。教师和研究人员队伍中，哈工大海外引进人才2人，博士学位者8人、硕士学位者7人。

近5年共承担国家863计划3项、国家自然科学基金4项、科研项目总计达20余项，科研经费达1000余万元。发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI、EI检索50余篇。

目前主要研究方向有：1.可持续制造过程管理；2. 质量管理与可靠性； 3.物流与供应链管理；4. 项目管理；5 . 先进制造技术； 6. 工程管理科学。

 

二、主要工作任务和职责:

1、教学方面：

为本科及研究生讲授《工程经济学》等经济类课程，80学时/年。

2、科研方面：

 开展可持续制造、过程经济性分析方面的相关研究。

 

三、申请人条件要求：

1、基本条件：

1）博士学位，年龄在35岁以下；

2）具有较强的团队协作精神、拼搏奉献精神和组织管理能力、注重梯队建设；

3）外语要求：CET六级或相当水平。

2、教育背景和资格条件：

• 1) 第一学历原则上应为"985工程"、"211工程"院校；
• 2) 本科为工业工程专业、或研究方向为经济及费用分析等相关方向者优先，生产过程设计和管理相关专业可予以考虑。

3、教学方面要求：

• 1)熟练使用 MS PowerPoint等教学工具；
• 2)对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

Introduction:

The department of Industrial Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology, the planning and demonstration work of which was started in November 2003, was approved in September 2003 by HIT and officially approved by Ministry of Education of China in late 2003. The enrollment of undergraduate students has been implemented since 2004, with approximate 30 students per year being enrolled according to plan and 102 undergraduate students receiving their education at present. The academic capacity of recruiting 20 master and doctrine graduate students yearly has been attained. The department of Industrial Engineering possesses an academic team with justified and stable structure, active academic thoughts, and high comprehensive qualities. The Faculty includes one American visiting professor, and 17 teachers and full time researchers, in which there are 4 professors, including 2 doctorial supervisors, 5 associate professors, 2 senior engineers, and 5 lecturers. Among the teachers and full time researchers, there are 2 excellent talents from overseas, 8 doctors and 7 masters.

In the recent 5 years, more than 20 major research projects have been conducted, among which 3 projects are funded by national "863" Program and 4 by the National Natural Science Fund of China, and the total research fund amounts to over10 million RMB. More than 100 academic articles, in which over 50 publications are indexed by SCI or EI, have been published.

Currently, major directions of research are as follows: 1. Process Management of Sustainable Manufacturing; 2. Quality Management and Reliability; 3. Logistics and Supply Chain management; 4. Project Management; 5. Advanced Technology of Manufacturing; and 6. Science of Engineering Management.

Responsibilities：

(1) Teaching

• Undertake the course of Engineering Economy for 80 class hours per year.

(2) Research

• Conduct related research on sustainable manufacturing and process economy analysis.

Requirements:

(1) Basic Requirements

• Doc and above, less than 35 years old；
• The applicants should possess strong spirit of unity, cooperation and dedication, have capacity of organization and management, focus on team building and show the potential for leading an innovational team to accomplish collaborative research;

(2) Educational Background

• In principle, the first degree should be obtained from universities of "985 project" or "211 Project";
• Applicants with bachelor degree in industrial engineering, or research and cost analysis for economic and other related direction are preferred. Those whose undergraduate majors are the production process design and management can be also considered;

(3) Requirements for Teaching

• Being skilled in use of MS PowerPoint;
• Behaving unique insights and ideas for curriculum construction and reform.
