目前根据酒店发展壮大需要，同时为我司各酒店的日后繁荣提供最核心的支持。我司现计划在各院校挑选应届毕业生作为酒店培训生，送往星河湾酒店物业管理公司属下的星级酒店项目进行为期半年的专业培训，顺利完成培训后，将分别在各地的星河湾酒店各部门担任督导职位，参与酒店的实操工作，同时将接受酒店各部门总监有针对性的培训与指导，通过在职培训以及个人素质的提升与发展，逐步步入酒店的高级管理层。

招聘条件：1）大专及以上学历，酒店旅游管理专业优先考虑
       2）女性：1.6米及以上、男性：1.7米及以上
       3）五官端正、口齿伶俐、吃苦耐劳、有服务意识、至少具有一门外语的流利读   

写听说能力
       4）可以外派外地工作

培训计划：2011年3月：    由香港具有丰富酒店经验的讲师讲授酒店运作原理课程培训

2011年4至5月：分配至酒店各个岗位进行酒店的基本操作及流程知识培训

2011年6月：    分配至酒店各个岗位进行酒店的管理技巧知识培训

       2011年7至8月：分配至北京、上海、太原等各地星河湾酒店进行酒店基本操作管理技巧知识培训

             Recruitment for Management Trainees for Chateau Star River

Chateau Star River is a place that you may always make your dreams come true.

Being the first five-star hotel in Panyu District, the Chateau Star River Guangzhou has successfully joined the Leading Hotels of the World. We provide a platform with various chances for learning, training and self-development. We would like to build up an International brand with your contributions.

With requirements for company development, we are now recruiting the graduating students as management trainees who would be crucial supports to our future prosperity. We would provide professional trainings in our chain hotels for half year. Management positions and career development path to core management team would be available afterwards.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, Major in Tourism Management would be on priority.
2. Height:Female above 1.6M; Male above 1.7M.
3. Hardworking, Good looking, Customer oriented, good at reading, listening, speaking and writing of one at least foreign language.
4. Could be relocated outside of Guangzhou City.

Training Programs:

March 2011: Hotel Operation Theory courses conducted by experienced trainer from Hong Kong.

April to May 2011: Operation training in different department in hotels.

June 2011: Training of Management skills

July and August 2011: Operation and management skills training in Chateau Star River located in Beijing, Shanghai and Taiyuan.
