2. 信件分发,把每天收到的快递文件要登记，如：时间、地点、收件人等；
3. 行政主管安排的其它行政工作。

2. Achieve 100 % customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers’ needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance
3. Ensure all data are entered into system timely and accurately

The Job:
实习内容
1. Received booking from shipper and confirm shipment with destination.
2. Booking with carrier and arrange customs clearance.
3. Provide the relevant shipping information to carrier for customs Manifest sending.
4. Put in relevant Even Code in systems for avoiding error information.
5. Scan all of the docs in e.doc and distribute to settle office.
l The Qualification for Air/Ocean Documentation:

3. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese.
