一、Planner
Job Description:
1. To execute the master production schedule planning and material requirement planning,arrange master production schedule and purchase requisitions to meet customer deadlines.
2. Coordinate with Project Mangament to resolve priority scheduling conflicts;
3. Analyzes and revises material status and production schedules as required;
4. Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of customer acknowledged shipment schedules;
5. Control and maintain materials and finished goods inventory levels.
Requirement :
1. College or above
2. 1 years relevant working experience is a plus.
3. Good Organization and coordination techniques utilized in materials plan function
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
5. Good command of spoken and written English/ Mandarin. CET-4.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
二、采购员(Buyer)
Responsibilities:
-Manage the return of faulty parts to suppliers
-Support and coordinate promotion activities.
-Follow up whole procedure of purchasing.
Requirement:
-University graduate or above.
-CET-4 or above, good at both written & oral English.
-Good communication skills, Team player.
-Proficient in PC operation, MRP knowledge preferred;Cantonese preferred.
-1-2 years relevant experience on indirect material is a plus..
三、CAD/CAM Engineer
1. 熟练运用以下软件中1种以上:
CAM350/ Genesis/E-CAM/Lavenir/Autocad/Circuit Cam
2. Gerber 修改.排版
Gerber任意修改编辑
了解DFM
了解焊盘与钢网的可制造性设计
3. 熟悉SMT生产制程
四、Document control coordinator
Job Description
1. Keep required information into standard electronic files
2. Manage related information methodically
3. Update latest information instantly
4. Coordinate and support with other departments for information inquiries
5. Do some data entry if necessary.
Requirement
1. Good at English reading and writing, achieve English level above CET-4
2. Proficient in MS Office operation, especially in Projector
3. Related electronic knowledge is preferred
4. High responsibility, patience and carefulness
5. Strong teamwork spirit
五、董事长秘书
岗位职责:
1、负责员工的考勤,于次月第一个工作日提供考勤报表并存档;
2、负责员工档案管理,包括原始档案的收集、整理、归档、电子档案的建立;
3、对一般文件的起草和行政人事文的管理;
4、依据人力资源要求计划,组织各种形式的招聘工作、收集招聘信息,协助招聘工作;
5、处理人事日常管理工作,负责请假、招聘、录用等人事手续的办理;
6、组织公司各种活动的策划;
7、负责办公用品采购计划制定及物品领取管理。
任职要求:
1、公关、行政管理、企业管理、英语等相关专业本科以上学历,普通话标准;
2、知识结构全面,具有一定的管理能力,了解法律法规方面的知识,能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识;
3、良好的团队协作精神,为人诚实可靠,品行端正;
4、英语六级以上水平,具有较强的英语口语及书写能力。
5、英语专业八级的优先。
