职责说明(Job Description):
· Directly service customers and motivate sales representatives to attain established goals
· Forecast sales volume and manage all activities of sales teams
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all K-Tron's products, policies and goals
· Directly participate and formulate market penetration plan in assigned territory/industry
· Insure accuracy of quotations - equipment selection, pricing and commercial terms
· Review all contracts for acceptance and insure compliance with established policies and procedures
· Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers· Participate in travelling road shows, presentations etc.
· Assist in collection of past due accounts
· Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order
· Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories and key accounts
· Manage and be fully responsible for demo equipment used in assigned territory
· Travel as needed, minimum 60%
· Other duties as assigned
· Coach and manage personnel reporting to RSM
· conduct performance of evaluations
基本要求:Basic Requirement:
· Keen with sales exposure for engineering of a highly technical product
· BS in Engineering or BA in Marketing
· Background in bulk powder material handling, process controls or weighing
· Direct feeder industry experience a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, process control, weighing, bulk materials handling, plastics, food, chemical and pharmaceutical process industries
· Must be PC proficient with Windows and networked systemsable to efficiently work in English |
