Qualification and Requirement 资历要求:
College or above, Major in English or Administration
大专学历, 英语或管理专业优先考虑
Ambitious and know how to strive for excellence under pressure
有进取心,在压力下更好地完成工作
Good oral and written English will be plus, CET-4 or above.
良好的英语口语和写作能力将优先考虑,英语4级或以上
Good PC Skills in Microsoft such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.

Welcome visitor, including confirm visit schedule, internal arrangement/coordination.
访客接待,包括访客行程确认,内外部门的沟通安排.
Travelling arrangement, including hotel reservation, flight booking, car arrangement etc.
出差安排,包括酒店预订、机票预订、车辆安排等.
Administration work, including office supply management, conference room management, support on company event.
行政管理,包括办公用品管理、会议室管理、公司大型活动参与等.
Mails & documents managing.
邮件、文件处理.
Professional In/External phone call handle.
内外部电话的专业转接.
Contact admin related vendors and purchase office essential include name card, meals confirmation. Making related purchasing requisition, payment requisition and follow up the payment.
采购行政类物资,联系行政板块相关供应商,如名片购买和用餐确认等, 提交采购申请和必要的付款申请,并跟进付款进度.
Office equipment management, such as projectors, fax, printers, staff’s computer and other admin related fixed assets
管理公共资源,如投影仪、传真机、打印机、员工电脑和其他行政固定资产.
