Pre-Screening What is the Selection Criteria?
Primary Criteria
1. Mobility - during and after the CT program
2. Education - graduate of a 3-year diploma and/ or above
3. Language - must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Secondary Criteria:
4. Discipline of Study
5. Apprenticeship and/or Work Experience
Talent Plus On-Line Assessment Who will take the On-Line Assessment?
- Short-listed candidates will be invited to go through the On-line Assessment
How will the On-Line Assessment be administered?
- An email will be sent directly to the candidates with a web link to complete the on-line assessment.
- Email alerts will also be sent out after a period of time when the candidate has not yet started or completed the on-line assessment.
What is the On-Line Assessment about?
- The On-Line Assessment is a questionnaire designed to predict the likelihood that an applicant will be successful on a face-to-face Interview.
