General Summary

The Campbell Soup Company seeks an intern to assist the Engineering manager in day-to-day engineering project activities, as well as to provide with additional administrative support.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics of equipment import/export
• Translate engineering related documents
• Enquire quotation as per Engineering Manager's request
• Assist with facilitating the administrative matters related to engineering projects
• Assist with coordinating the PR/PO/Invoices process

 

Degree Required

• Post-graduate students expecting to graduate in 2012
• Major in Engineering or science;

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

 

• Experiences in engineering accounting and process preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good at English written and reading skills
