四川宏达股份有限公司创建于1979年，1994年改制为股份制企业，2001年在上海证券交易所成功上市（股票代码：600331）。公司总部位于四川省什邡市境内，在职员工9000余人，其中各类专业技术人员1230余人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴的专家十人，第十届全国人大代表1人。

Profile of Sichuan Hongda Corporation Sichuan Hongda Corporation, founded in 1979, was restructured into an enterprise with stock-holding system in 1994 and was listed successfully in Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600331) in 2001. The corporation owns total assets of RMB 2.793 billion yuan and is a large-scale enterprise focusing on chemical industry and metallurgy. Headquarter of the corporation is located in Shifang city of Sichuan province, there are over 9000 staff members, including over 1230 professional technical personnel, 10 experts who enjoy special allowance granted by the State Council, and one representative of the lOth National People ' s Congress.
