-Bachelor degree & above
-Excellent command of English (level 8 or above)
-Excellent interpersonal communications kill
-Leadership quality
-Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful
-Love and patient, enjoy working with children
-Priority will be given to the individual  with music or art talent
