For those who want to work on leading-edge wireless technologies, this is the right intern job they are looking for. By working with Agilent''s industry-leading signal analysis instrument, you will have the opportunity to contribute to expand the measurement capabilities of various of Agilent’s spectrum analyzers, and to help our customers to facilitate their design, development, manufacturing, deployment and troubleshooting of their wireless systems.
The successful candidate will work with other Agilent engineers, to develop PC SW for Agilent instrument control and post analysis, also involve in defining definition, and implement the self-test, work with SW qualification engineer to find and fix the hidden bugs.
The major responsibilities will include:
§ Learning and understanding Agilent spectrum analyzer knowledge and usage.
§ Design PC SW GUI and technical solution of spectrum analyzer remote control and post analysis.
§ Develop and optimize source codes. Implement SW self-testing.
§ Work with SW qualification engineer, find and fix hidden bugs.
§ Documentation and summarize design.
§ Full day intern for at least six months. |

Qualification |
|
§ Postgraduate grade 2, major in computer science, Instrument and Automation, or EE.
§ Familiar with windows programming, good knowledge on Object Oriented programming.
§ Familiar with C or C#.
§ Good knowledge on multithreading programming.
§ Strong learning ability.
§ Good team work spirit.

Responsibilities | PRIMARY FUNCTION
Through and in depth knowledge of the entire management processes and systems, as well as a very good understanding of customers and markets, supports the business for a defined portfolio of customers. The CSR is responsible for all order management activities, including quotes, order entry, order management, inventory management and invoicing, with the goal to help generate orders and revenues, based on current policies, procedures and guidelines. The CSRs will work closely with Accounts Managers, Solution Units, Logistic Centers to communicate and deliver information. The CSRs will work with other departments, like Global Finance, Legal, in order to provide high quality services to customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers’ or customers’ requests in SAP
• Enter valid orders to initiate product shipment
• Manage orders to ensure complete and on time delivery
• Manage inventory effectively
• Create on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation
• Manage returned and defective products to Logistic Centers and provide credits to customers
• Contribute to continuous quality improvements to ensure business compliance
• Participate in process improvement and simplification projects
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and resolutions
• Establish and maintain effective communication with production, supply chain and customers
• Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction(internal and external) |
Qualification | Required: § Bachelor or Masters Degree in International Trade, Finance or English or equivalent Major. § Fluent spoken and written English
§ Ability to work successfully in a team environment
§ Customer satisfaction oriented and good communication.
§ Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment Preferred: § Working knowledge of SAP application will be a plus. § 2 – 3 years of customer service relevant experience will be a plus. |

Responsibilities | PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Single entry point for customer creation and maintenance requests in Oracle, SAP and Siebel. Answers to requests/queries coming through the CMD web tool/ email/ hotline from all businesses (LSCA/ GIO/ OTHERS) while respecting Service Level Agreement (SLA). Ensuring consistent data formatting and complying with regional/ local regulations together with Agilent requirements. User registration for Agilent Direct Online Store. Liaising with CSR/ Contact Centers/ Credit in order to confirm reliability/ validation of Customer data.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for creation or modification of customer information in Oracle/ SAP/ Siebel
• Perform online LSCA e-Store Request.
• Data Administrator on Duty (DAOD) - CMD Inbox mail handling.
• CMD Hotline duty – Manage phone calls from CMD hotline.
• Provide first level user support on CMD processes.
• Take corrective actions triggered by Quality error report.
• First escalation contact for user support and CMD process related issues.
• Reporting upon request (Brio/ SAP/ Siebel Analytics).
• Report / follow up on any system issues which impacting CMD team operation.
• Handles RPL Hold and Releases for customer
• Ensure the customer data quality and integrity |
Qualification | The successful person for this job will have: Required: § Bachelor or Masters Degree in International Trade, Finance or English or equivalent Major. § Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle applications.
§ Fluent in Chinese and English language.
§ Motivation, confidence and passion is a must.
