JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for Pre-sales and Post-sales Technical Support to affluent professional customers in order to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth

 

This person will work closely with software developers and engineers who develop or support applications for the Blue Bamboo terminals and other technical personnel that maintain these devices. The primary customers to be supported for this position are the technical personnel who work for our distributors, ISOs and third party developers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

1.Act as liaison between our internal and external customers to provide professional and proper response to all products and related inquiries

2.Receive enquiry from customers by phone call, email or internet and record the details of each enquiry in the Company Support system.

3.Assist with the Team Leader to set up escalation processes to manage critical issues between customers and corporate headquarters.

4.Manage the resolution of urgent problems to meet customer commitments in a timely manner

5.Coordinate with various engineering team to resolve customer issues aggressively.

 

 

 

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Requires a bachelor's degree.

Experience: Fresh graduate with good spoken and written English.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills & Abilities:

1.Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

2.Ability to understand the workings of handheld digital devices an advantage but not a must.

3.Must be able to work alone and under remote supervision relying on training and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

4.Willing and able to learn and adjust to new work demands.
