Premier Relationship Assistant Indicative Band: 8 Location: Qingdao
Job Duties:
Assist PRO to take care of HP customer portfolios and taking up PRO back-up role.
Deliver high-standard customer services to meet or exceed HSBC Global Premier Service requirements.
Assist PRO to open new premier accounts.
Handle Global Link inbound and outbound referrals.
Responsible for back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating,issuing bank certificates, document filing etc.
Handle customers when the PRO is occupied.
Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
Answer incoming enquiry calls.
Follow up referrals from other sources.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good command of English.
• Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
• Self-motivated and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and take the initiative.
Customer Service Assistant Indicative Grade: Band 8 Location: Qingdao
Job Duties:
• Refer customers to appropriate parties in the Bank
• Keep high level of service standards for internal and external customers
• Ensure the accurate customer information maintenance
• Sell bank products and service to existing and potential customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good command of English.
• Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
