China Construction Pakistan Co. Ltd.  (hereinafter  referred to as  “the Company”), subordinate to China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Joint-stock Co. Ltd., is the resident office of China State Construction Engineering Corp. ( CSCEC ) in Pakistan,  and will fully represent China Construction Incorporated Co. to develop the general contracting business in Pakistan. In 1990s, the Company undertook and constructed a serial civil works in Pakistan power plants, such as Mustafago power plant and Jamshoro power plant, also executed successively a serial large governmental , military and hotel projects in Islamadad, Lahore and Karachi, and almost included the local most influential large projects. At present, the projects in construction are JF17 Aircraft Factory, Kamara ( contract value about USD 56 million, awarded China Overseas Project Luban Prize ), Software Technology Park, Lahore (contract value about 40 billion Pakistan Rupees ) and Centaurus 5 Star Hotel (contract value about USD 225 million, which will be the local landmark building after completion ). On April 20, 2011, the Company won the bidding of Islamadad New Airport Terminal with a price of USD 235 million.

The Company has over 130 Chines engineering technicians and a large quantity of advanced construction equipment and possesses ability of constructing all kinds of large public and civil buildings, roads and bridges. CSCEC has been the symbol of high-end and main stream in Pakistan market.
