GE Internship Opportunity- OTR Order to Remittance Intern
Business: GE Industrial
Location: Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park
No. Of Opening: 1
New or Replacement: Replacement
Expected on Board Date: ASAP.
Essential Responsibilities:
1) Closely work with project manager to collect, organize and analyze data and work out report.
2) Help to update project info via online system
3) Project document filing for both soft copy and hard copy and regularly check and control
4) Format document per requirement
5) Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
Qualifications/Requirements:
1) 3rd or 4th year bachelor student
2) Preferred major: English, Electrical Engineering
3) Detail oriented
4) Excellent word, excel and ppt skills
5) Comfortable & Passionate with statistical analysis
6) Full time during summer holiday; Could work for at least 3 days per week after that
7) Be responsible and highly motivated, be able to deliver work within limited timeframe
8) Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player, clear thinker, Quick-learner
9) Fluent in English is a plus
